Services
Animatch provides motion capture production, immersive visual design, interactive robotics, kinetic choreography, live event technology, and creative direction services. All services are delivered in accordance with the agreed scope of work.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the deliverables produced by Animatch remain the property of Animatch until full payment is received, at which point ownership transfers to the client as defined in the service agreement.
Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality of all proprietary information shared during the course of the engagement.
Limitation of Liability
Animatch shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
